STAYURBAN Residence Magdeburg

The STAYURBAN Residence Magdeburg is a modern residential concept in the heart of the city (Klinke district) that combines urban living with stylish design and well thought-out communal spaces. The project comprises 88 air-conditioned, fully or partially furnished flats between 25 m² and 111 m², some with their own garden, balcony or terrace. The flats stand for an inspiring and urban living experience that combines retreat and community in equal measure.

As the general contractor for this project, we were responsible for the design planning and interior fit-out of all the flats and communal areas through to the turnkey handover. The design concept of the STAYURBAN Residence is based on a well thought-out storytelling approach in which each flat category was individually tailored to the needs of the residents. While the functional studios with smart, space-saving solutions appeal primarily to younger target groups, the business flats offer high-quality furnishings with ergonomic workstations. The premium flats, on the other hand, focus on fine materials and an upscale ambience for discerning tenants. Through close cooperation with our customers and targeted sample room presentations, we were able to realise a design that optimally combines aesthetics, functionality and budget requirements. With the completion of the STAYURBAN Residence Magdeburg, the GH Hotel Interior Group is once again setting an example for innovative and urban living. Our aspiration to create living spaces with character is reflected in every detail of this project.
